1. About Clover

Clover is an online-only fragrance retailer based in Pakistan. We do not operate any physical retail stores — all products are sold and delivered through this website.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Placing an order through checkout constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, due to stock unavailability).

3. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, and JazzCash. For online transfers, proof of payment must be uploaded at checkout before an order is processed. Orders with missing or invalid payment proof may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days across Pakistan from the time an order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day cash-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Refund eligibility may depend on the condition of the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong fragrance, contact us with a photo of the item and we will send a replacement of the correct scent at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting us before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under the returns policy above instead.

7. Intellectual Property

The Clover name, logo, and all website content are the property of Clover and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clover is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
