• A screenshot of your payment confirmation, if you pay via Easypaisa or JazzCash

If you use the Scent Finder chat assistant, the messages you send are processed to generate a recommendation but are not linked to your name or order history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process, confirm, and deliver your order
• To contact you about your order via email or WhatsApp
• To verify online payment when required
• To respond to questions sent through our Contact page

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the store. Each only receives the information needed to perform its function:

• Supabase — stores order records and payment-proof screenshots in a private, access-controlled system
• Resend — sends order confirmation emails
• Google Gemini — powers the Scent Finder chat assistant
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free traffic analytics

4. Payment Proof & Data Security

Payment-proof screenshots are stored in a private file storage bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access is only possible through temporary, secure links generated when our team reviews an order.

5. Cart & Wishlist Storage

Your cart and wishlist are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers until you complete checkout. Clearing your browser data will clear your cart and wishlist.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contacttheclover@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
